Little Apple Cidery, located in Hillsdale, NY, began over 40 years ago with the restoration of an old orchard. Committed to organic practices, the founders cleared, pruned, and replanted, leading to bountiful harvests of heirloom apples like Northern Spy, Golden Russet, and Baldwin. In 2015, they established the Farm Cidery, producing custom-crafted fresh and hard ciders.
